There is a $10 per night additional charge for stays over the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's holiday periods.

State and local taxes are additional.

CASITAS DE GILA AMENITIES

Continental Breakfast is included for the first four nights. This includes baked sweetbreads, yogurt, english muffins, bagels, cereals, 2% milk, orange juice, coffee, tea.
Kitchens are stocked with condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, spices, butter, jam, etc.), charcoal, charcoal starter, sodas, cookies … this is included in the nightly rate!
All our kitchens are full kitchens, with a range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans … they're as well equipped as your kitchen at home!

High-Speed Wireless Internet Access in each Casita.
Each Casita has a kiva fireplace inside (seasonal), a chimenea outside, and a supply of firewood.

Each Casita has a picnic table and charcoal bbq grill. We also have a gas grill available.
Linens, towels, bath supplies, bathrobes, hair dryers, clock radios.
Outdoor hot tub (shared by all 5 Casitas) (12 years of age or older only).
Telephone in each Casita (your cell phone will not work at the Casitas).
Seasonal herb garden for guest use.
Self-guided nature trail and access to Bear Creek.
Library of information on Southwestern New Mexico, its culture, history, activities, and attractions.
Spotting scope and star charts in each Casita.

RESERVATION & DEPOSIT INFORMATION

All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards.

If your plans should change and you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we would appreciate knowing as early as possible.

If you cancel your reservation more than 21 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 per casita cancellation fee.

If you fail to cancel your reservation, any deposit paid will be forfeited.

We regret there are no refunds or credits on or after your arrival date for early departures, late arrivals or cancellations.

NON-HOLIDAY PERIOD BALANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY

The balance owed on your reservation is payable on arrival.

Refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival subject to our ability to fill the reservation and less a $25 per casita cancellation fee. If we cannot fill your cancelled reservation, we will extend to you a credit for the amount of your deposit to be used for another stay at Casitas de Gila within 12 months of your originally scheduled stay.

HOLIDAY PERIOD BALANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY

The balance owed on your reservation is payable 21 days prior to arrival.

Refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival subject to our ability to fill the reservation and less a $25 per casita cancellation fee. This means that if we can fill your cancelled rooms, we will happily refund your money (less the cancellation fees). Otherwise, we regret we can make no refunds.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in is between 3 PM and 6 PM. We are happy to accommodate early and late arrivals, but it is necessary for you to notify us in advance so that we are sure to be available.

We do ask that departures be made by 10 AM so we have time to prepare the Casitas for our next guests. We will always try to accommodate late departures; 24-hour notice is needed so we can alert our housekeeping staff. Please note that our housekeeping staff is not always able to adjust their schedule.
